the corporate travel industry. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong ability to combine technical expertise with strategic leadership, enabling organizations to optimize financial processes, strengthen internal controls, and achieve sustainable growth.
Prudence began her career in administration and banking at Nedbank before joining a Travel Company, where she steadily advanced through roles including Cashbook Controller, Assistant
Accountant, Senior Accountant, and ultimately Banking and Referral Commission Manager. In this leadership role, she managed multiple ZAR and foreign bank accounts, oversaw daily
payments, ensured effective cash flow management, maintained compliance with banking regulations, and led teams responsible for referral commissions and financial reporting. Her meticulous approach and commitment to excellence enabled her to deliver accurate, timely, and
efficient financial operations across the organization.
In addition to her extensive professional experience, Prudence holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Risk Management and has completed certifications in Bookkeeping,
Advanced Excel, Pastel, and Leadership Development. She is proficient in a range of financial and accounting systems, including Oracle.

Sonny Phiri holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University UK. He is currently studying for a Doctorate in Technology of Business Administration. His core competencies include leading corporate startups, corporate turnaround strategy, as well as social responsibility and stakeholder management related assignments, with more than twenty one (21) years practical business experience. He has highly regarded interpersonal skills and a reputation for tactful presentations and public speaking.
He is a micro finance practitioner and is skilled in development with areas of emphasis including, entrepreneurship development, credit management, micro and development finance, business development as well as research and strategic planning.
He has demonstrated cross-functional expertise obtained through interaction with NGO’s, Donors, Governmental Organizations and Public and Private Organizations. He also has proven success in leading both corporate and community related projects. He has been involved in a number of planning workshops like the International Labor Organization (ILO), Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB), Training Programs and Africa Regional Micro Credit Summit (ARMS).
